If you encounter persistent "resolution not supported" errors, the issue likely lies in file mixing. Many users mistakenly try to combine an old version of iGO Primo with a new data.zip file from NextGen, or vice versa. They are different software platforms. Your data.zip and APK version must come from the same "family" (e.g., iGO NextGen) and be explicitly marked as "multiresolution" or supporting 1024x600.

Download your preferred version of iGO (Primo is preferred for simplicity; Nextgen for a modern UI). Ensure the package specifies support for or Multi-res . Format a USB flash drive or MicroSD card to FAT32 .

Open the sys.txt file located in the main iGO folder using a text editor (like Notepad on PC or a text editor app on Android).
